simpleFLOORS carefully packages and insures all of its own deliveries. Most of our floors are specifically carton packaged in smaller individual quantities to make home delivery simple. There is no need to unload the full pallet all at once. Your flooring will arrive in pre-wrapped pallet of individual cartons with the average weight being 42 pounds each. Accepting delivery of our floors at your home is manageable. Once the flooring arrives to your home, simply offload it carton by carton. SimpleFLOORS exclusive full service claims handling provides hassle free protection in the event of a damaged mishap. We have a 99.7% damage free delivery success with our floors. In the event of shipping damage, We file, follow up and collect all claims for you. You receive immediate replacement product or credit from us on the damage. A simpleFLOORS exclusive.
Average Delivery Times
Stock pending, simpleFLOORS begins preparation of your shipment within the hour of placement. Most orders leave our warehouse the very next day. Average delivery time for your flooring shipment is currently 6-9 business days from its warehouse departure day. Tracking numbers are provided by email or phone, your choice.
Near one of our stores?
Stop in and see the floors in person. Arrange pick up at the store location or local warehouse and pay no additional delivery charges. Flat rate local home delivery or jobsite delivery on any size purchase for those living within the vicinity of our store locations is available as well.

Sales Tax is only collected by simpleFLOORS for those orders SHIPPING to California, Georgia & Illinois. Additional taxes may apply depending on your local tax codes and laws, but are not collected by our company. Please check with your local (state) tax board concerning reporting taxable internet purchases.
If you are a contractor or retailer with a valid California, Georgia or Illinois Resale License, please contact the sales department for details on us utilizing your resale permit and waiving the sales tax. Regarding shipments within the state of California, Georgia & Illinois the tax rates are based upon your counties' current tax rate.
Items sent to APO/FPO military addresses and states other than California, Georgia & Illinios are not subject to sales taxes.
