"I just sent you a bunch, I am not sure what you are looking for. Believe it or not I installed about 80 percent of the flooring by myself while my husband was at work. The last photo, with my husband in it, shows how we did a 2 plank border around the room then layed the rest diagonally. "Andy, I received and installed the santos mahogany floors I ordered through a little while back. They look even better than I imagined. I ordered the perfect amount and I am considering putting them down in another hallway but more on that later. Have you started carrying any trim pieces. This could be in the terre verte or the less expensive product that I could make up the height difference on. I am particularly interested in possibly stair nosings or stair treads. Even some 1" by 1" or other size lumber so I can custom make stair spindles. I want to do a small part of the stairs in the mahogany to tie them into the beautiful floors. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Once we have an open house party the floors are sure to get questions from our friends and I will send them your way. thanks"

"Len, I wanted to tell you that we are about 1/2 finished laying the Cabana Maple flooring we got from you and we absolutely love it. It's so beautiful, great product , and we are really happy. The only bad thing, is I think I over ordered. Not sure yet, but I might have about 4 boxes too many (about 80 square feet. My thought was, if I bought about 4 or 5 more boxes, I could do the master bedroom. "Hi Molly! I just wanted to let you know that we got the bamboo flooring. I was a little nervous about buying $2100.00 worth of bamboo on the internet and dealing with someone I really did not know. Here's how it happened. First off, I went to Lowes, Home Depot and Carpet Outlet and looked at all different floors. My wife and I seemed to like bamboo the best. I picked out the one we liked and was ready to buy it. I went to work the next day and just looked up bamboo on the internet. Your company popped up so I looked. "Back in Jan you took my order for 1200+ sq ft of carbonized horizontal cut bamboo. We had some concerns about it getting delivered in a short time frame. You assured me it would make it by the date we needed it. The shipping confirmation showed that it never shipped when it was supposed to... but it arrived on time. I got the shipping confirmation a few weeks after it arriver. Four weeks later, the floor was fully installed. This stuff is absolutely beautiful. There were only about 25 defective planks – and I was able to use most of them when cut. Thanks again for helping me get the order on time. "I saw you on TLC's "flip this house" show. I was able to put in real maple wood floors for about the same as a good quality carpet. I sold the house faster than I expected. Not positive but I think in part due to the fact that it had hardwood flooring instead of carpet. Thanks I will be back again for the next one."
