"Hi Molly! I just wanted to let you know that we got the bamboo flooring. I was a little nervous about buying $2100.00 worth of bamboo on the internet and dealing with someone I really did not know. Here's how it happened. First off, I went to Lowes, Home Depot and Carpet Outlet and looked at all different floors. My wife and I seemed to like bamboo the best. I picked out the one we liked and was ready to buy it. I went to work the next day and just looked up bamboo on the internet. Your company popped up so I looked. It's hard to tell when you really can't see the product. Anyway, we talked to someone from your company and he said that he'll send us a few samples and he did. I have to say that it's what worked for me to see the floor. Anyway, we get the floor in and it's by far the nicest looking floor I've seen. Very heavy wood quality. It's just unreal! I have to say that I'm so glad I just came across simpleFLOORS because this floor is beautiful! In fact, I'm going to end up doing a few more rooms with it. Your price was great saved more than a thousand dollars over similar product at a big box store - your customer service was top notch! Delivered on time - in great condition. Product was exactly as pictured. When we started the floor we had to contact Dave in customer service because the boards didn't seem to be going together well. He gave us a couple of great tips and once we got the hang of it, it went quickly. "Back in Jan you took my order for 1200+ sq ft of carbonized horizontal cut bamboo. We had some concerns about it getting delivered in a short time frame. You assured me it would make it by the date we needed it. The shipping confirmation showed that it never shipped when it was supposed to... but it arrived on time. I got the shipping confirmation a few weeks after it arriver. Four weeks later, the floor was fully installed. This stuff is absolutely beautiful. There were only about 25 defective planks – and I was able to use most of them when cut. Thanks again for helping me get the order on time. When the time comes to renovate our next property, I’ll be ordering the floors from you.
