"Mr. Brock, Just wanted to let you know that I received the flooring and everything went very smoothly. My husband has been laying hardwood for 20 years, so he has seen a lot of flooring material. When we ordered the floor, we were a little skeptical about what the product would be like. The sample was small, but we really liked the product (Golden Topaz). Terry Simpson, my husband, has been extremely impressed with the quality of your product. He says, "This is the straightest wood I have ever layed." Because of this, he would love to be involved in laying your product in this area. I understand that you are opening a distribution center in Dallas, Texas. We are located about 125 east of Dallas off of a major interstate highway (I30). If you decide to post a listing of available floor layers in the tri-county area around us, he would love to become one of the available layers for you. He has references and has been in the business for 20 years. He also lays laminate and VCT tile along with ceramic. He does not do showers however. We purchased 1330 sq. ft., and he has been able to lay it in six days with one helper. Please consider this idea. There are limited distributors in this area, and you could furnish a product that is unavailable at present. The tri-county area here is a growing area with three lakes that furnish upper scale vacation homes for many Dallas residents. The counties are Franklin, Camp, and Titus. "

"Well the Rejuve Plank Brazilian Teak is all down (on a diagonal), and about half trimmed out, and it looks gorgeous. Just a couple of dents here and there, but not too bad. We had more boxes left over than we expected – in fact almost enough to do an additional room, but we’re just a little short. So I’d like to order an additional 6 cartons of the Rejuventate Plank – Brazilian Teak. "I just sent you a bunch, I am not sure what you are looking for. Believe it or not I installed about 80 percent of the flooring by myself while my husband was at work. "Andy, I received and installed the santos mahogany floors I ordered through a little while back. They look even better than I imagined. I ordered the perfect amount and I am considering putting them down in another hallway but more on that later. Have you started carrying any trim pieces. This could be in the terre verte or the less expensive product that I could make up the height difference on. I am particularly interested in possibly stair nosings or stair treads. Even some 1" by 1" or other size lumber so I can custom make stair spindles. I want to do a small part of the stairs in the mahogany to tie them into the beautiful floors. "Hi Molly! I just wanted to let you know that we got the bamboo flooring. I was a little nervous about buying $2100.00 worth of bamboo on the internet and dealing with someone I really did not know. Here's how it happened. First off, I went to Lowes, Home Depot and Carpet Outlet and looked at all different floors. My wife and I seemed to like bamboo the best. I picked out the one we liked and was ready to buy it. I went to work the next day and just looked up bamboo on the internet. Your company popped up so I looked. "Back in Jan you took my order for 1200+ sq ft of carbonized horizontal cut bamboo. We had some concerns about it getting delivered in a short time frame. You assured me it would make it by the date we needed it. The shipping confirmation showed that it never shipped when it was supposed to... but it arrived on time. I got the shipping confirmation a few weeks after it arriver. Four weeks later, the floor was fully installed. This stuff is absolutely beautiful. There were only about 25 defective planks – and I was able to use most of them when cut. Thanks again for helping me get the order on time.
