The American Cherry selection results in a smooth, refined hardwood flooring species with relative color and grain consistency throughout. Triple fine sanding and UV cured hard clear coats showcase the true depth of the grain of the species. Never needs waxing, install and enjoy.

Color Range: North American Cherry as a species has a cream colored sapwood which contrasts sharply with the reddish heartwood. In the heartwood the color can range from a pinkish red to darker red. North American Cherry has small dark brown gum lines that are part of the overal appearance of this species.
The Grade: The Rejuvinate Plank North American Cherry is "Select Grade" which means the sapwood has been Culled or graded out providing overall a uniform cherry wood flooring.
Color Change: North American Cherry experiences a degree of color change with pronounced darkening from a blush pink color when milled to a darker reddish color when fully aged. This process occurs within weeks in direct sunlight and by oxidation, out of sunlight, over an nine month period.
