The heartwood can vary in color from shades of brown to chocolate red and is irregularly finely streaked with black. The Brazilian Rosewood species is well know around the globe for the stunning appearance and depth of grain. Brazilian Rosewood in its natural unstained state emoboldens in tone with time. After aging a slightly deeper cherry tone is the final natural result of the hardwood. Brazilian Rosewood is a hard wearing dimensionally stable wood which maintains its character regardless of its use.
Maintain: Although exotic, no special or additional maintenance is needed for this species, simply clean as normal and enjoy this hard-wearing option.
