Handcrafted: The Ironwood species has been carefully hand-sculpted and distressed accentuating the fine lineal grain. It is pre-finished with a clear no wax finish and installation ready. No color stain has been applied allowing the natural deep tone and vibrant grain of the species itself to be shown.

Description: Ironwoods texture is very fine and even; grain straight to slightly wavy; somewhat lustrous. Its popularity is due to its overall tone being a rich and deep chocolate color with fine darker grain lines as the background. A very intriguing wood species. Used in art - fine furniture- displays- cabinetry - flooring.
Color Change: Color is fairly stable. Will deepen only slightly over time.
