Handcrafted: Unique and interesting areas of grain were selected for use in Vintage Couture, Retarius Oak. Retarius has been artfully hand-scraped and distressed accentuating intricate areas of the grain. It is hand stained, pre-finished and ready for no wax, maintenance free use.

Style Matters: The deep Retarius stain used over the distressed oak grain is one of the most desired tonals in the Vintage Couture collection. Dark hued floors create rich interiors. The Retarius stain was developed using a specific transparency level, allowing the underlying Oak grain to show through. The pigments in the Retarius Dark stain lean toward the charcoal color scale. The charred effect of Retarius provides exceptional backdrops for both traditional and contemporary themes. Retarius works well with a palethra of existing interior wood and stone elements.
